Welcome to CorrelateEncourage! By downloading, accessing, or using our mobile application ("App"), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms"). Please read them carefully before using the App.

By using the CorrelateEncourage App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any of these Terms, please do not use the App.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised Terms in the App. It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly to stay informed of updates. Continued use of the App constitutes your acceptance of any changes.

You must be at least 13 years old to use this App. If you are under the age of 18, you must obtain permission from a parent or legal guardian before using the App.

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the CorrelateEncourage App for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to your subscription plan. By subscribing to the App, you agree to the terms outlined below regarding subscription fees, billing cycles, and cancellations.

CorrelateEncourage offers the following subscription plans:

1. Monthly Subscription: Billed once every month.
2. Quarterly Subscription: Billed once every three months.
3. Annual Subscription: Billed once every twelve months.

By selecting a subscription plan, you agree to the corresponding billing cycle. Subscription fees are due at the start of each billing cycle and will be automatically renewed unless canceled prior to the renewal date.

Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (monthly, quarterly, or annually), and the payment method you provided will be charged the subscription fee unless you cancel your subscription before the renewal date. Renewal charges will be based on the subscription plan you initially selected.

• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time by accessing your account settings or contacting customer support. However, cancellations will only take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. You will continue to have access to the App until the current billing period expires.
• Refunds: Subscription payments are non-refundable, and no refunds or credits will be issued for partially used periods. In the case of an annual subscription, if you cancel before the end of the subscription term, you will continue to have access until the end of that period, but no prorated refunds will be given.

We reserve the right to change our subscription fees at any time. Any changes in fees will take effect at the start of the next billing cycle following notice of the fee change. We will provide you with reasonable prior notice via email or through the App if there is a change in your subscription fees. Continued use of the App after the fee change becomes effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised fee.

You are responsible for your use of the App and agree not to use it for any unlawful or prohibited purposes, including:

• Engaging in any fraudulent or illegal activity.
• Violating intellectual property rights.
• Interfering with the functionality of the App.

Certain features of the App may require you to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the registration process and to keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

Your privacy is important to us. By using the App, you agree to the collection, use, and sharing of your personal information as described in our privacy policy: https://correlateencourage.com/privacy-policy . We will take all reasonable measures to protect your data, but we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

All content, features, and functionality of the App, including text, images, and software, are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our express permission.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to a violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately.

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties or representations, express or implied, regarding the operation or availability of the App. In no event shall we be liable for any damages arising from your use of the App.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America, the State of Missouri, and Saint Louis county. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
